Glucomannan Dietary Fiber

The glucomannan is a form of dietary fiber. The benefits of a dietary fiber include, reduction of appetite which aids dieting, regulates blood sugar by trapping carbohydrates in the intestines, reduces heart disease by attracting cholesterol, and helps improved bowel movement and alleviates constipation, and balance the acidity of the intestines which helps lower the risk of colon cancer.
