Diets That Work

There are probably a lot of fad diets that work available out there. I firmly believe in one low carbohydrate diet With exercise, this system has allowed me to reduce 15 pounds from a 200 lb frame in about four months. It allowed me to eat anything as long as the daily total calorie intake is maintained at 1350 calories and strict measured daily intake of carbohydrate is limited to about 300 calories.
